New publication in Science Advances

We are pleased to announce that our study, ‘Integrated Brillouin photonics in thin-film lithium niobate,’ was published in Science Advances in April.

In this paper, we demonstrate strong stimulated Brillouin scattering on the thin-film lithium niobate platform. As proof-of-concept demonstrations, we realized net-gain Brillouin amplifiers, generated a stimulated Brillouin laser, and devised a multifunctional Brillouin-based MWP processor, all within the standard TFLN platform.

Congratulations, Steven and the team!
